At Kamlii, each piece is thoughtfully hand-painted and crafted with care. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which can be used to track your shipment on the shipping partner’s website.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, starting from ₹350

  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, starting from ₹2,000

  • Final shipping costs are shown at checkout

  • All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis

This means:

  • Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery

  • These charges are beyond our control and vary by country

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 weeks

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or international transit conditions

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on items that are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please email us at Shop@kamlii.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a suitable resolution at our discretion (replacement or refund).

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of approved damage or incorrect shipment

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
